What is SPI's Shipping Policy?

All orders will be shipped in 5 - 7 business days. This is excluding holidays and weekends. She Planned It has the right to extend this timeframe should we experience an influx of orders or a peak season.

What is SPI's Return Policy?

She Planned It does not accept returns unless a valid reason is provided. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact supoort@sheplannedit.com. Please note, unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

Does SPI offer weekly inserts?

At this time SPI only offers daily and monthly bundles. Weekly bundles will be coming soon.

How can I track my order? 

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email. You may use the tracking number located in the email to track your order.

What happens when my item is pre-ordered?

All pre-order information can be located under the pre-order item's description. Shipping times vary.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

In order to edit any information on your order, please email support@sheplannedit.com and we will let you know if we can accommodate any edits. Edits are only able to be accommodated if the order has not been processed or shipped yet. At this time, we are unable to accept order cancellations.
